Welcome

Osteopaths are manual therapists who assess the body as a whole. We believe problem solve what leads to injury so the correct diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation can be implemented. We aim for pain relief, improved strength and mobility to have you functioning at your best.

Osteopaths work with both acute and chronic conditions. We work with you to identify your goals and make sure there is a plan to get you back to what you love doing. Treatment may include massage, joint mobilisation, joint manipulation, stretching, dry needling and rehabilitation programs. Indirect and gentle approaches are used for children, babies and patients wanting cranial osteopathy.

WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY?
Osteopaths focus on the neuro-musculoskeletal system, which comprises bones, muscles, nerves and other tissues that support the human body and control its movements. They provide musculoskeletal and nervous system assessments, manual therapy, clinical exercise programs, and movement, postural, positioning advice and ergonomic assessments.

Osteopaths can manage a range of conditions including:
-
Neck and back pain
-
Arthritis
-
Sciatica
-
Headaches
-
Vertigo
-
Repetitive strain and overuse injuries
-
Pregnancy-related discomfort
-
Tendonitis
-
Sports injuries.
Because osteopaths believe that there may be a musculoskeletal link in many conditions, osteopathy may also help with a wider range of disorders.
